How do I update my account information?

To update your email address or phone number, please use your TradeUP App under Profile > Settings (top right corner) > Account Management

To update your personal information (such as name, residential address, etc.), please email from your on-file email address with a copy of your valid photo ID copy or proof of address. Your changes are subject to compliance review and will be approved in 1-2 business days if supporting documents are sufficient.

To update your employment or financial information: Please email Change of employment should include:

  1. Occupation

  2. Employer Name

  3. Employer Nature of Business

  4. Employer Address

For updates in financial information, please send the new values for:

  1. Annual Net Income

  2. Liquid Net Worth

  3. Total Net Worth
