Clients who receive the PDT notice email may request to have the PDT status removed as a one-time courtesy. Please note, PDT status removal may only be done once every 180 days.
Clients may also request a reset directly on the TradeUP app through the Live Account > Day Trades Left page.
Please switch the Live account from "Lite" to "Pro" on the top-right corner if you are unable to find the Day Trades Left function.
