Since deleting or reinstalling TradeUP Authenticator will not disable the 2-step verification of the associated account, you will still be asked to enter a dynamic code.
If you encounter this problem, please contact customer service via our in-App Live Chat under Profile > Help Center > Live Chat Bubble (bottom right corner). Our customer service representatives will help you reset your Authenticator.
